REGISTRATION

Participants can register for the full course (Symposium + Laboratory Sessions) or only to attend the Symposium OR ONLY ATTEND tHE LABORATORY SESSIONS. Note that there are a limited number of places for the Laboratory Sessions.

Participation in the CHALLENGE requires that at least one member of each team is registered in the Symposium.

Participation will be credited 1.5 credits according to the ECTS (European Credit Transfer System). In order to get them ascribed to you, it is mandatory to attend the full program, i.e. lab session and lectures, and always sign the attendance sheet. It is also mandatory to provide a copy of the identity card/passport and the certificate of the higher education degree. You are also required to take an exam.

Full course*: 200 EUR | Lectures only*: 120 EUR | Laboratory session: 120 EUR (Lab session registration: September 30)

OTHERS
Full course*: 280 EUR | Lectures only*: 200 EUR | Laboratory session: 200 EUR (Lab session registration: September 30)

AFTER OCTOBER 11:

STUDENTS
Full course*: 300 EUR | Lectures only*: 220 EUR

OTHERS
Full course*: 380 EUR | Lectures only*: 300 EUR

*The registration fee includes notes, lunches and coffee. Students should enclose a letter confirming their status signed by their supervisors. Registrations will be confirmed (by e-mail) after reception of the registration fee.

GRANTS

We will be able to fund 10 grants on a competitive basis to cover the registration of graduate students and post-docs willing to present their work at the symposium. To apply for the grants submit an abstract together with a motivation letter - ABSTRACT SUBMISSION
